Terms and Conditions – 77777 Khelo Pakistan Betting Platform

01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 77777 Khelo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and 77777 Khelo ("77777," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the 77777 platform and all services available through it, including but not limited to cricket betting, esports betting, virtual sports, Ludo games, casino games, and all related promotional activity.

By creating a 77777 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the 77777 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full agreement between 77777 and its members. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

02Eligibility

Access to the 77777 platform and its services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 77777 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and you consent to 77777 verifying your age through document checks at any time.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• No existing ban: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 77777 or any other gambling platform, and you must not be a person who has been identified as a problem gambler through any responsible gaming programme.
• Not an employee: 77777 employees, contractors, directors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a regular member account or participate in promotions.
• Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold one 77777 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name or through different names — is a serious violation of these Terms.

77777 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any member at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to belong to ineligible persons will be suspended and any relevant funds dealt with in accordance with these Terms.

03Account Registration

To use the 77777 platform beyond browsing, you must register a free member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials — your username and password must not be shared with any other person. 77777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to keep them secure.

You must notify 77777 immediately at support@77777-khelo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 77777 will suspend the affected account and investigate on receipt of such a notification.

All information provided at registration and during any subsequent identity verification must be truthful. Providing false information — including a false name, false date of birth, or falsely claiming to meet eligibility requirements — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.

04Deposits

All transactions on the 77777 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 77777 does not accept deposits in any other currency and does not apply currency conversions at any stage of the deposit process.

77777 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani members:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on 77777 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 77777, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. 77777 does not charge any fees on deposits from the above payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your 77777 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. For mobile wallet deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash, this typically occurs within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

77777 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or for deposit patterns that appear unusual. Members who cannot satisfactorily explain the source of their deposited funds may have withdrawals held pending investigation.

05Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of their available balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of the 77777 account area. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 77777 account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

77777 aims to process all withdrawal requests to local mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 77777 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported local payment method.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have completed full identity verification and requested a withdrawal method change through customer support.
• Pending withdrawals may be temporarily held if your account is flagged for security review, identity verification, or bonus rollover completion checks.
• 77777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before approving withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or that follow unusual deposit and betting patterns.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable rollover requirement are not eligible for withdrawal — only cash funds and cleared bonus winnings that have completed rollover may be withdrawn.

06Bonuses and Promotions

77777 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the 77777 Promotions page at the time the promotion is active. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all 77777 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Welcome Bonus: New members who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 77777 welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is awarded on the first deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not re-trigger the welcome bonus.

Rollover Requirement: All bonuses awarded by 77777 are subject to a 5× rollover requirement. This means that before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the total value of the bonus must be wagered five times in qualifying bets. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must place Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

• Qualifying bets must be placed at odds of 1.50 or higher to count towards rollover.
• Bets that are voided, cashed out early, or placed on non-qualifying markets do not count towards rollover.
• The rollover period for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms — typically 7 or 14 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bonus funds are not the same as cash funds. They will appear separately in your account balance and can only be converted to withdrawable cash after rollover is completed.
• 77777 reserves the right to remove bonus funds from accounts where it suspects the bonus is being abused, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotions.

07Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on the 77777 platform. Sport-specific rules and esports-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform and supplement these general rules.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation message from 77777 stating that the bet has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets in a "pending" state that do not receive confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake per bet on 77777 is Rs 50 for virtual sports and Rs 100 for all other markets.
• Odds changes: Odds are updated continuously. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds at which the bet will settle — not the odds at which you initially selected the market. During high-traffic periods, there may be a brief gap between selection and confirmation during which odds can change.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's ability to verify the current match state. 77777 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after a decisive event (such as a goal, wicket, or race finish) if that event had already occurred at the time the bet was placed but was not yet reflected in the live data feed.
• Abandoned or postponed events: If a cricket match, esports fixture, or other event is abandoned before reaching a result, all pre-match bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. For postponed events, 77777 will carry bets forward if the rescheduled event takes place within 24 hours of the original start time. Beyond 24 hours, bets are voided.
• Obvious errors: 77777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error — for example, an odds value that was obviously incorrect due to a technical or human error. In such cases, the member's stake will be returned in full.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account on 77777 under any name or identity
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or access the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or malfunctions in the platform for financial gain
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus promotions
• Colluding with other members to manipulate outcomes or market movements on 77777
• Using the 77777 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion agreement
• Sharing your account credentials with another person for the purpose of having them bet on your behalf

09Account Suspension and Closure

77777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Terms and Conditions have been violated
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• The identity or age information provided cannot be verified
• The account is being operated by a person who is subject to a self-exclusion agreement
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 77777, other members, or the integrity of the platform

If an account is suspended pending investigation, the member will be notified by email at the address registered on the account. 77777 will conduct its investigation as promptly as possible. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated with full access to any balance that was held at the time of suspension.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, 77777 may withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the violation. Where funds are deemed to have been obtained through prohibited conduct — such as multi-accounting bonus abuse or fraud — those funds will be forfeited. Legitimate cash deposits that can be clearly identified as the member's own funds deposited prior to any violation may be returned to the original payment method, subject to identity verification.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their 77777 account may do so by contacting support@77777-khelo.com. The account will be closed within 48 hours of the request and any available balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be processed to the registered payment method.

10Responsible Gaming

77777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire membership. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. It is not, and should never become, a means of generating income, paying debts, or resolving financial problems.

77777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session reminders: Set a reminder notification that appears after you have been active on the platform for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your 77777 account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to deposit or bet.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 77777 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to your registered payment method.

11Privacy and Data

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the 77777 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• 77777 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment details are encrypted and handled through secure payment provider APIs — 77777 does not store full card or wallet credentials on its own servers.
• 77777 may share data with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete the personal data that 77777 holds about you by contacting support@77777-khelo.com.

12Disputes

If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, that a transaction has been processed in error, or that 77777 has acted contrary to these Terms in any way, you have the right to raise a formal dispute.

The 77777 disputes process works as follows:

1. Initial contact: Contact 77777 customer support via live chat or email at support@77777-khelo.com within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this window may not be accepted.
2. Investigation: 77777 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and complete its investigation within 5 business days. Complex cases involving live betting data review may take up to 10 business days.
3. Response: 77777 will communicate its finding and the reasoning behind it in writing. If the dispute is upheld, any applicable correction will be applied to your account within 48 hours of the decision.
4. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 77777's decision, you may request escalation to senior management, whose decision will be final and binding.

While a dispute is under investigation, 77777 may temporarily hold the funds in question to prevent withdrawal until the matter is resolved.

13Changes to Terms

77777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect member rights or obligations — 77777 will provide advance notice by email to registered members and by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

For minor changes — such as corrections to spelling, clarification of existing language that does not change the substance of a rule, or updates to contact information — 77777 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date.

Continued use of the 77777 platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
